REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION

Fuel Tank

Removal

WARNING: DO NOT SMOKE, CARRY LIGHTED TOBACCO OR OPEN FLAME OF ANY TYPE WHEN WORKING ON OR NEAR ANY FUEL-RELATED COMPONENT. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE MIXTURES ARE ALWAYS PRESENT AND MAY BE IGNITED, RESULTING IN POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.

1. Drain the fuel tank (9002); refer to Section 310-00 .

2. Remove the front two fuel tank skid plate bolts.

3. Remove the rear LH bolt.

4. Remove the rear RH bolt and lower the fuel tank skid plate. Download File PDF
